2. The acceptance team must be composed of tower construction unit, design unit, supervision unit, construction management unit, maintenance unit and Daiwei company. The acceptance parties should prepare relevant acceptance documents in advance, and the acceptance results should be recorded in detail in the acceptance form. All parties should sign and confirm the acceptance results.

3. The acceptance of communication tower shall meet the requirements of engineering investigation and design documents, and the construction quality shall meet the requirements of national industry and enterprise standards.

4. The acceptance of communication tower includes the acceptance of tower foundation, the acceptance of raw materials and finished products, the acceptance of steel structure, and the acceptance of grounding. Among them, the acceptance of tower foundation includes foundation pit, foundation treatment, pile foundation and concrete foundation; the acceptance of raw materials and finished products includes the variety, specifications, performance and quantity of steel; the acceptance of steel structure includes welding, processing of steel parts and steel components, anti-corrosion, installation of steel structure; and the acceptance of grounding includes connection. Ground device installation, grounding resistance value, lightning rod installation and so on. Strict supervision and acceptance should be carried out during the construction of concealed projects.

5. Acceptance and acceptance of communication towers should be carried out step by step according to different installation procedures and contents. Only when the former process is qualified, can it enter the next process. The inspection of the production process and material quality of the tower shall be carried out by the supervision unit, and the completion of the tower shall be jointly attended by the construction unit, the design unit, the supervision unit, the construction management unit, the maintenance unit and the Daiwei Company.

6. The acceptance and acceptance of communication towers must adopt qualified measuring instruments, including zinc thickness gauge, theodolite, level gauge, compass, rebound gauge, steel ruler, plug ruler, hammer, moment wrench, ground resistance tester, etc.

7. Specific standards and requirements for acceptance of communication towers shall be implemented in accordance with the Standard for Acceptance and Acceptance of Steel Tower Mast Structures in Mobile Communication Engineering (YD/T5132-2005).
